Privacy Policy

Last updated 5 September 2026.

Overview

Rivany Labs (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit it, and how we use it. It is a policy for the website itself; our products (Momry, Zansay and FoundFi) aren’t yet open to the public, and each will carry its own privacy documentation once it is.

Information we collect

This website does not run analytics or advertising trackers. If you subscribe to updates, we collect your email address and the list you chose. The signup service stores this information in Supabase so we can send the updates you requested. The general studio list covers product news and studio updates; product lists are identified beside their forms. You can ask us to remove your subscription by emailing hello@rivanylabs.com. The website has no visitor account system or checkout.

Like any hosted website, our hosting provider (Vercel) processes standard server logs to serve pages and keep the site secure; things like IP address, browser type and request timestamps. We don’t hold a separate copy of this information ourselves; it is part of Vercel’s own infrastructure, governed by Vercel’s own privacy policy.

If you email us directly, we’ll have whatever you choose to include in that email, and we’ll use it to respond to your enquiry. Email links open your own email client; they do not send a message automatically.

Our products

Momry is in private beta and FoundFi is in development. Zansay Alpha is publicly available, with its own privacy policy. In brief, based on how each is built today: Zansay is local-first by design; speech is transcribed on-device by default, and nothing is sent to a cloud service unless you deliberately opt in and supply your own key. Momry syncs a household’s plans between the people who share them, and is designed to keep particularly sensitive details, like a child’s medical notes, device-only.

If you’ve been personally invited to test Momry or Zansay, this website’s policy doesn’t cover how your data is handled within the beta; that is governed directly by whoever invited you, and you should ask us directly if anything about it is unclear. Before either product opens beyond invited testers, it will carry its own complete, public privacy policy, and this page will be updated to link to it.

Children’s privacy

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or our products change. The date at the top will always reflect the most recent revision.
